
The Wedding Area
In addition to the clubhouse bar/restauant, Blacknest Golf & Country Club has its own function room which is available to hire for weddings, parties, christenings, celebrations and business meetings of all kinds. To make the event more interesting we can incorporate themed evenings such as a casino night or a more formal affair.
The function room is 100 square metres with large bay windows overlooking the golf course so can cater for large and small groups. We have various menu packages on offer depending on your tastes and budget and our chef can cater for vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements. Blacknest can comfortably cater for 80 guests for a 4 course sit down meal or up to 150 guests for a finger buffet.
We offer competitive day delegate rates for business meetings and can cater for a seminar, small meeting to a large conference or product launch. Whatever type of function you are hosting, the Club’s staff will be delighted to help plan your special event right down to the last detail and you can always rely on friendly, efficient service - and the very best value.
